For our telehealth sessions, you’ll need a device such as a laptop, tablet, or phone with a camera and microphone. Please make sure your device is fully charged and ready for our session to avoid interruptions. It’s also important to find a quiet and comfortable space where you can relax and focus without distractions. A strong and stable Wi-Fi connection is essential for smooth communication, and using headphones is optional but can help reduce background noise. Privacy is key, so please ensure you’re in a space where you feel comfortable and can speak openly. Pets are welcome to join you during the session. Lastly, to maintain a professional and healthy environment, please refrain from vaping or smoking during the session.
